- In this role, you’ll develop assessment tools and metrics to evaluate program implementation status in alignment with the operational context and stakeholder priorities.
- Analyze program progress against predefined plans, MERL strategies, and contractual documents to measure achievements since inception and identify gaps.
- Establish complementary activities and create a detailed, costed implementation plan with work plan, budget, financial projections, and measurable indicators.
- Collaborate with finance and program teams to map required resources, personnel, and levels of effort needed for sustainable activity implementation.
- Compare operations with similar national programs to refine resource allocation, identify critical missing roles, and ensure long-term program viability.
