- In this role, you’ll lead and develop the finance team by driving performance, building capacity, and ensuring effective people management across country and area finance functions.
- Oversee financial management and planning by strengthening systems, ensuring donor and statutory compliance, delivering timely reporting, and guiding budgetary control and forecasting.
- Drive systems improvement and compliance by maximizing the use of DRC Dynamics ERP, enhancing internal controls, training staff, and improving efficiency while managing risks.
- Lead reporting and analysis by reviewing budgets, monitoring variances, forecasting performance, ensuring accurate close-outs, and implementing risk management strategies.
- Manage accounting operations by overseeing payroll, payments, reconciliations, audits, and month/year-end closure while upholding accuracy, transparency, and donor compliance.
