  • In this role, you’ll support the implementation of 3iS’s Disaster Preparedness IM Capacity Building Strategy through stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and institutional strengthening.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and needs assessments by engaging key actors, gathering data through surveys and interviews, and analyzing IM capacity gaps to inform training priorities.
  • Coordinate and deliver trainings by developing curricula, managing logistics for workshops, and facilitating Train-the-Trainer and peer-to-peer learning sessions.
  • Strengthen institutional capacity by supporting course development on Moodle, monitoring learner performance, and establishing post-training evaluation and feedback systems.
  • Manage monitoring and reporting by maintaining capacity-building databases and dashboards, tracking indicators, compiling lessons learned, and producing training reports for stakeholders and donors.
