- In this role, you’ll define and implement EWP’s vision, strategy, and governance while ensuring alignment with southern-led values and representing the coalition in external forums.
- Lead fundraising by identifying new opportunities, drafting proposals, and securing resources to expand regranting and advocacy capacity.
- Oversee campaigns such as Claim Your Water Rights by setting objectives, guiding delivery, and strengthening member engagement and advocacy skills.
- Manage governance and finance by coordinating Steering Committee meetings, delivering reports, and overseeing budgets in line with WaterAid procedures.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture by supporting secretariat staff, managing consultants, and promoting effective ways of working.
