  • In this role, you'll lead project planning and operational coordination by translating strategic objectives into action plans, supervising field staff and consultants, managing administration, and anticipating risks to implementation.
  • Strengthen cooperative governance by supporting legalization, ensuring legal and financial compliance, analyzing internal governance structures, and diagnosing organizational capacity.
  • Facilitate inclusive multi-stakeholder dialogue by engaging local institutions, ensuring indigenous peoples’ participation, and serving as the main contact for the Yokadouma platform.
  • Manage reporting and strategic program support by preparing timely narrative and financial reports, analyzing field data, monitoring deforestation and traceability indicators, and contributing to donor engagement and strategy development.
  • Coordinate partnerships and field activities by verifying cooperative compliance, overseeing consultants, liaising with authorities, capitalizing on local resolutions, and aligning project actions with other initiatives to maximize synergies.
