- In this role, you'll provide strategic leadership by designing and implementing the Country Program Strategy, driving business development, and fostering partnerships with governments, donors, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee program management by ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of projects, supervising program managers, and embedding strong systems for reporting and accountability.
- Lead MEAL functions by strengthening monitoring systems, promoting knowledge sharing, and ensuring community feedback directly informs program adaptation.
- Ensure financial and operational oversight by managing budgets, optimizing resources, enforcing compliance with donor and national regulations, and maintaining accountability standards.
- Strengthen team leadership by building staff capacity, fostering an inclusive and innovative culture, and positioning ForAfrika Angola as a thought leader through representation and advocacy.
