- In this role, you'll provide leadership and team management by setting strategic departmental priorities, aligning objectives with CARE-wide goals, and building staff capacity through training and development.
- Drive strategic supply chain and operations planning by implementing cost-effective systems, ensuring accountability in emergencies, and strengthening operational integrity through proactive risk management.
- Oversee daily operations by monitoring staff performance, harmonizing policies and SOPs across offices, and embedding best practices for timely program support.
- Manage resources effectively by allocating financial, human, and technological assets, analyzing cost drivers, and deploying alternative cost-efficient approaches.
- Lead ICT and risk management by ensuring reliable systems, protecting data and networks, budgeting for ICT needs, and developing mitigation strategies to address emerging risks.
