- In this role, you'll set and communicate a clear strategic vision, build donor and partner relationships, and balance strategy, program design, and technical influence.
- Ensure high-quality program portfolio management by overseeing implementation, budgets, donor reporting, compliance, and integration of gender and accountability standards.
- Provide technical leadership to strengthen program quality, support design and start-up of major initiatives, and use data-driven analysis to improve performance.
- Lead and manage diverse teams by fostering inclusion, supervising staff, setting expectations, providing feedback, and empowering professional growth.
- Promote safeguarding and personal leadership by upholding ethical standards, encouraging openness, modeling professionalism, and embedding Mercy Corps’ values in all work.
