- In this role, you'll manage and coordinate program and support teams in Central Darfur, ensuring effective recruitment, daily operations, staff development, and positive working relationships.
- Oversee programming by ensuring compliance with protection principles, donor regulations, and project cycle standards, while leading assessments, strategic planning, and project development.
- Manage support services including finance, HR, logistics, procurement, and administration, ensuring compliance, efficient budget use, and strong collaboration with central teams.
- Lead safety and security management by monitoring risks, sharing timely updates, and coordinating incident responses with the Security Coordinator and senior leadership.
- Represent DRC at state level with government, donors, and coordination forums to strengthen partnerships and advance program objectives.
