- In this role, you'll define and oversee program strategies across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with CESVI’s strategic guidelines and sustainability goals.
- Lead donor engagement by cultivating relationships, analyzing funding strategies, representing CESVI to external partners, and contributing to high-quality project proposals.
- Supervise project cycle management by monitoring implementation, financial performance, reporting compliance, and emergency response coordination in collaboration with HQ teams.
- Manage regional teams by structuring organizational charts, assigning expatriate staff, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to security measures and policies.
- Collaborate with HQ departments on advocacy, communication, and fundraising initiatives, while providing accurate data and insights to strengthen organizational accountability and impact.
