- n this role, you'll design and implement child protection and education programmes while leading fundraising and resource mobilization efforts to ensure sustainability and impact.
- Lead programme delivery by managing budgets, work plans, and teams to achieve targets, maintain compliance with global standards, and integrate interventions with other core sectors.
- Develop and execute resource mobilization strategies by cultivating donor relationships, preparing high-quality proposals and reports, and monitoring fundraising performance.
- Manage and build capacity of staff and partners through supervision, training, performance feedback, and technical support to strengthen programme quality and delivery.
- Represent Street Child in sectoral working groups, coordinate with agencies and government, and foster strong community and partner relationships to advance child protection and education outcomes.
