Program Manager, Take Action Lab: Human Rights

• In this role, you'll design and facilitate impactful experiential learning programs, mentor students through their journeys, and build connections that enrich their development and immersion.
• Lead trainings, orientations, reflection sessions, and risk-preparedness activities while ensuring students and families are well-informed and prepared.
• Manage program operations by overseeing budgets, tracking visas and travel logistics, and ensuring smooth planning and implementation in partnership with local stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, local partners, and global teams to advance program goals, resolve challenges, and ensure sustainability.
• Build and guide a high-performing local team by hiring, coaching, and fostering a values-driven culture that supports consistent, high-quality program delivery.
