- In this role, you'll act as an ambassador for safeguarding, ensuring adoption of policies and processes across countries of operation while serving as a key contact for the RCO director.
- Support and advise on the development of safeguarding within the region, including partner policies, training initiatives, and continuous professional support through tools, coaching, and guidance.
- Monitor mainstreaming of safeguarding at project and programme levels, provide reports, and serve as a regional point of contact for concerns, complaints, and case referrals.
- Collaborate with safeguarding officers in Central America and Austria, contribute to case management teams, and share lessons learned through meetings, communications, and training sessions.
- Build partnerships and exchange knowledge with national and international organizations, support PR and learning events, and participate in ongoing safeguarding training.
