- In this role, you'll contribute to project strategy by defining and adapting approaches, engaging in health-related advocacy, and representing Médecins du Monde with authorities, donors, and partners.
- Oversee program implementation by ensuring compliance with the project cycle, monitoring activities and indicators, updating project management tools, and producing donor reports within contractual deadlines.
- Manage administrative, financial, and logistical operations by contributing to budget development, supervising expenditure monitoring, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Lead and support human resources by fostering team collaboration, supervising and building staff capacity, managing recruitment and performance appraisals, and ensuring adherence to conduct, security, and safeguarding standards.
- Ensure communication, visibility, and security by coordinating with local stakeholders and media, developing communication tools, supporting project development, and updating, enforcing, and reporting on security protocols.
