You will be responsible for the following:

  • Review financial documents before processing payments.
  • Monitor and follow up on staff, consultant, and third-party advances to ensure timely retirements in accordance with OPM policies.
  • Process vendor payments and ensure prompt settlement of invoices.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all programme financial transactions.
  • Arrange logistics including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transport, with consideration for security requirements.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for programme activities and events.
  • Support the procurement and contracting process for goods and services.
  • Maintain project records, including document filing, data management, and archiving.
  • Assist in coordinating project events and workshops.
  • Support grants management by monitoring subgrantees and reviewing submitted reports and documents.
