A.    Preamble:

The Digital Transformation for Inclusive Entrepreneurship(DTEG) project is offering a digital entrepreneurship program for microenterprises.This program is designed to enhance business growth and provide personalizedbusiness development coaching, mentoring, and digital skills training.

This application is seeking individuals with expertise inareas such as digital skills, access to finance, access to market, access toraw materials, other business development services and employment promotion,specifically located in the North East, Upper East, and Upper West regions.Applicants should be willing to coach and mentor microentrepreneurs,predominantly women, in digital entrepreneurship skills.

  B.    Knowledge eligibility criteria.

  • Individuals knowledgeable in women's entrepreneurship
  • Individuals versed in business advisory and versatile in digital entrepreneurship
  • Individuals proficient in business resource mobilization and ability to guide MSMEs toachieve target sales goals and other business improvements
  • Individuals capable of offering guidance, support, and training to MSMEs to aid in theirpersonal and professional goal attainment
  • Individuals able to facilitate connections and networking between target MSMEs andnecessary resources, skills, and knowledge
  • Individuals skilled in providing training through gender-transformative coaching formats
  • Applicants who reside in selected regions and can speak Frafra, Dagarti, Wale and Twi are preferable.
