In this role, you'll conduct best interest assessments, monitor and follow up on individual child protection cases, and ensure case management aligns with Save the Children’s policies and donor guidelines.Support project teams by contributing to activity planning, facilitating workshops and psychosocial sessions, and preparing regular case load and project reports.Ensure strict adherence to child safeguarding policies and act as a role model for health, safety, equality, and protection standards.Contribute to emergency response by promoting children’s rights, prioritizing protection needs, and supporting SCI interventions with flexibility and accountability.Demonstrate leadership through accountability, ambition, collaboration, creativity, and integrity, while motivating teams and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.Think you have what it takes but not sure you check every box?
