Operations and Administration Officer

• In this role, you’ll line manage junior staff, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to ensure alignment with departmental objectives and reporting deadlines
• Oversee international staff recruitment, onboarding, and logistics to support smooth arrivals, cultural integration, and overall wellbeing
• Provide pastoral care and professional guidance to early-career staff and volunteers, fostering both personal welfare and career development
• Design and manage training schedules with HR, mentoring national staff to strengthen capacity and promote cross-team skill sharing
• Support governance by preparing reports, developing policies and systems, managing databases, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and organisational standards
