- In this role, you'll lead day-to-day management of the HR data implementation workstream by maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison with HR stakeholders across HQ, regional, and country levels, facilitating communication and alignment to drive adoption.
- Identify, document, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating challenges and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including meeting notes, decision logs, and status reports, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and contribute to knowledge sharing to strengthen organizational transformation efforts.
