- In this role, you'll oversee the design, delivery, and quality control of high-risk security training programs, including training-of-trainers and internal instructor certification.
- Develop curricula for security upskilling workshops and analysis courses, and collaborate with regional advisors to monitor professional growth of security managers.
- Support the roll-out of psychological first aid and crisis management training, working with People and Culture and leadership teams to strengthen organizational preparedness.
- Champion the global security strategy by linking training to the Security for All framework, extending opportunities to partners, and fostering a positive security culture.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders while ensuring safeguarding, gender equality, and inclusion policies are embedded and upheld across all security activities.
