- In this role, you'll ensure accurate consolidation of beneficiary data, confirm commodity quality and quantity, and maintain WFP commodity inventory across INTERSOS locations.
- Manage food requests, dispatch follow-ups, and archiving of all commodity transaction documents in compliance with INTERSOS standards.
- Monitor and track commodities from dispatch to end users, address storage and movement issues, and establish systems for accurate reporting and loss minimization.
- Prepare and submit timely commodity reports, maintain strong communication with WFP, and implement policies on food commodity logistics and management.
- Train field staff on commodity tracking, collect socio-economic impact data, and support the Food Security Manager with reporting, analysis, and coordination duties.
