- In this role, you'll ensure robust performance monitoring and evaluation frameworks, track KPIs across sites, and communicate progress through dashboards to support decision-making and risk management.
- Develop and implement standardized data collection tools, oversee integration with partner systems, and maintain accurate, validated databases to ensure high-quality programmatic data.
- Lead the design and management of monitoring platforms and dashboards, conduct data analysis and visualization, and prepare reports to generate insights and meet stakeholder reporting needs.
- Build capacity among internal teams and partners, coordinate evaluations with independence and rigor, and promote data-driven learning to strengthen program effectiveness.
- Foster collaboration with partners and professional networks, share lessons learned across forums, and integrate insights into program strategy to drive continuous improvement.
