- In this role, you'll lead the development of policy positions and advocacy strategies on climate action and DRR, represent World Vision in global humanitarian platforms, and coordinate reporting into key international frameworks.
- Drive strategic leadership by strengthening climate, environmental action, DRR, anticipatory action, and CBDRM in humanitarian responses, while providing thought leadership through research, publications, and capacity-building initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams to design climate-smart proposals, secure donor funding, and position World Vision as a trusted partner for climate and disaster resilience programming in humanitarian contexts.
- Support field operations by conducting environmental screenings, providing surge technical support, and deploying to humanitarian responses with technical guidance and coordination.
- Ensure strong internal collaboration by engaging in partnership mechanisms, contributing to portfolio reviews, and delivering timely reporting on activities, outcomes, and impact.
