- In this role, you'll support organisation-wide MEL strategy by planning and delivering Outcome Harvesting, leading reviews and evaluations, contributing to strategic planning, and communicating evidence of impact to donors and external audiences.
- Advise and equip MEL focal points, programme teams, and partners with tools, systems, and training to strengthen monitoring, evaluation, and learning practices, ensuring data quality, gender sensitivity, and inclusive approaches.
- Lead the design and facilitation of Outcome Harvesting workshops and reviews, providing technical guidance on analysis, validation, and second-stage outcome assessments for learning and reporting.
- Collaborate with programme teams on project and proposal design by developing Theories of Change, MEL frameworks, and gender-responsive indicators, while ensuring MEL costs, tools, and processes are appropriately integrated.
- Uphold organisational values and safeguarding policies by modeling ethical conduct, promoting diversity and inclusion, supporting safe work practices, supervising volunteers/consultants, and adapting to travel in conflict-affected contexts.
