- In this role, you'll conduct and coordinate investigations into potential compliance issues, including evidence gathering, witness interviews, and preparing reports with recommendations for management.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to resolve compliance issues and strengthen systems to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify compliance risks, assess vulnerabilities, and design mitigation strategies.
- Monitor compliance metrics and KPIs, preparing regular reports to ensure the effectiveness of compliance program operations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures, fostering a culture of awareness and accountability.
