- In this role, you'll lead enterprise-wide initiatives by designing, coordinating, and executing cross-country programs, ensuring alignment with Young Africa Works and the Foundation’s strategic direction.
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Senior Director by serving as chief of staff, preparing executive-level materials, and overseeing risk management and project tracking.
- Deliver technical and advisory support by guiding program roadmaps, reviewing strategy documents, and institutionalizing tools, templates, and frameworks that strengthen program operations.
- Oversee enterprise planning, governance, and learning by managing reporting cycles, embedding adaptive learning practices, and ensuring knowledge sharing across the Foundation.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and capacity building by mobilizing internal leaders, facilitating cross-functional teams, and promoting enterprise thinking and integrated delivery.
