Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
•Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
•Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership and the board.
Technology Systems & Data Management
•Leverage systems such as Looker (or similar BI tools) to analyze and visualize data effectively.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, streamline processes, and enhance reporting systems.
Strategic Financial Support
•Partner with leadership to evaluate new opportunities, including geographic expansion and operational initiatives.
•Support strategic decision-making by providing insights into key metrics such as ROI, profitability, and impact.
Budgeting & Forecasting
•Lead the annual budgeting process and track performance against financial goals.
•Identify risks and opportunities within financial projections and propose solutions to optimize outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
•Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational activities.
•Serve as a key liaison between finance and technology teams to ensure systems integration supports organizational objectives.
