Your Tasks
The advisor works closely with the Kolping Society Team in the areas of:
- Supports in programme management tools to ensure efficient implementation.
- Support the partners and stakeholders in coordination of the collaborative mechanisms for cross border engagements.
- Enhance the capacity of the staff in modern communication tools like MS teams, zoom etc. that can address gender gaps in access to information.
- Supports the team to acquire proposal writing skills for the purpose of resource mobilisation.
- Supports the partner in implementing their gender mainstreaming programme.
