PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Office Cleaning & Maintenance (40%)

  • Ensure daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all office areas.
  • Regularly disinfect high-touch surfaces and ensure availability of cleaning supplies.
  • Support in setting up meeting rooms and refreshments for internal and external meetings.
  • Report any maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, etc.) to the Administrative Officer.

Office Assistance & Administrative Support (30%)

  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as requested.
  • Support in receiving and dispatching mail and packages.
  • Assist in organizing office events, workshops, and meetings.
  • Provide hospitality support to visitors and staff, including serving tea/coffee.
  • Run errands such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents within town.

Storekeeping & Inventory Management (30%)

  • Maintain accurate records of office supplies and equipment.
  • Receive, inspect, and store deliveries in an organized manner.
  • Issue supplies to staff based on approved requests and maintain stock cards.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report low stock levels.
  • Ensure the store is clean, secure, and well-organized at all times.
