What you will be doing:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Bamboo’s engineering team and partner companies’ engineering teams, ensuring smooth technical integration.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for product and engineering teams.
- Work closely with Bamboo Securities’ Sales Team to ensure integrations align with client needs and revenue goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between product, business, and technical stakeholders, ensuring all teams are aligned.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring integrations are completed efficiently and successfully.
- Provide strategic input on product enhancements that could improve B2B integrations and user experience.
- Identify and troubleshoot integration challenges, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
- Communicate technical details to business leaders and financial stakeholders in a clear, non-technical manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial regulations, and B2B fintech best practices.
