Research Coordinator
Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinate the planning and implementation of the research program.
•Conduct data collection and analysis.
•Support multidisciplinary expert teams by managing scheduling, logistics, and documentation for research-related meetings and activities.
•Track and report on the progress of ongoing research projects, ensuring alignment with internal quality standards and deadlines.
•Conduct literature reviews, collect data (quantitative and qualitative), and perform analyses to support project needs.
•Produce daily press reviews on economic and policy developments relevant to African countries.
•Draft and contribute to research reports, policy briefs, presentations, and internal memos.
•Assist in strengthening research partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and other relevant stakeholders.
•Support project preparation and execution, including by providing research inputs and contributing to the identification and submission of proposals.
•Contribute to Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) processes through data collection and analysis, outcome documentation, and assessment of project impact.
•Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior researchers and interns as needed.
