Description
Key Responsibilities
- Work with governments and donors, engaging senior leaders in public sectors on their most complex challenges by building capabilities for delivering priority projects and informing data-driven decision-making with Deliverology®
- Lead and drive impact for our clients across multiple workstreams including day-to-day execution of projects while guiding and coaching client teams to deliver and sustain concrete results.
- Facilitate problem-solving, collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement across silos.
- Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and engagement pieces for the client and the leadership of Delivery Associates.
- Lead interactive workshops with stakeholders and deliver high-quality training sessions to groups of trainees;
- Take ownership in building internal assets, including business development, recruitment, IP development, etc
