Description
The Gender Justice Program is responsible for the realization of Oxfam’s aspiration of putting women’s rights at the centre of its work, the goal of the Gender Justice programme goal is that ‘’Diverse women, girls, and marginalized groups fully realize their rights, exercise their leadership and live a life free from violence, discrimination and poverty’’. The post holder should bring to the team a desire for quality programme work guided by the deliverables expected under the CHOICE project, working with partners and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Programme Development, Management and Implementation.
• Partnership Management.
• Work Programming, Programme Quality and Learning.
• Donor Compliance and Reporting.
• Network and Strategic partnership and Alliance Building.
• Resource mobilisation and public engagement.
