Technical Data Fellow, August 2025

Dalberg Data Insights is looking for 5 Data Fellows to join our technical team. As a Technical Data Fellow, you will become an active member of a team that is working on an ongoing project and learn first-hand what it takes to build impactful data solutions. You will rotate between different technical roles, gaining a unique perspective on how different functions contribute to the success of a technical project.

As a Technical Data Fellow, you will:

• Become an active member of technical project teams.
• Gain hands-on experience in building data solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
• Rotate between roles such as data engineer, data scientist, and Gen AI specialist, understanding the contributions of each.
• Contribute to the development of data pipelines, Gen AI solutions , and data visualization tools
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our technical processes.
• We also encourage fellows to bring a new perspective to evaluate and enhance our current workflows, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.

What Happens After the Fellowship?

After completing the fellowship, there are opportunities to join the team in a full-time technical position. While not guaranteed, fellows who demonstrate exceptional technical skills, alignment with our team’s culture and values, and readiness for the role are considered for permanent positions. Regardless of the outcome, all fellows leave the program with valuable skills, mentorship, and experiences that contribute to future career opportunities.
