Description
The position will provide managerial and technical support to the Cocoa programmes in Sierra Leone.The Programme Manager is responsible for the effective coordination, implementation, monitoring andreporting of programme activities, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordancewith organizational standards and donor requirements. This role encompasses stakeholder management,fundraising, monitoring, knowledge management, and staff oversight. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, fundraising, monitoring, knowledge management, and team coordination.
