The Unit also plays a key role in international dialogues and conventions in these domains.
The successful candidate will join the team in charge of the Africa Knowledge Platform (AKP). The AKP team develops and applies novel and cross-thematic geospatial tools for analysing data and information on social, economic and environmental development. It is adopted in the framework of international partnership programmes for the green transition in Africa, and in particular, the Regional Centres of Excellence for the Green Transition programme (ArcX).
