What You’ll Do
- Manage ESG strategy development for investments across sectors such as healthcare, infrastructure, financial services, and consumer goods.
- Support investment teams with ESG screening, classification, and risk analysis during due diligence.
- Conduct Social and Environmental Due Diligence (SEDDs), including site visits across Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Create and manage ESG Action Plans, ensuring implementation and integration into financing agreements.
- Oversee ESG compliance and assurance processes, including data collection, integrity checks, and reporting.
- Coordinate external ESG consultants and ensure alignment with fund and client ESG policies.
- Contribute to impact reporting and communication materials for stakeholders, partners, and funders (e.g. Limited Partners).
- Support broader firm initiatives related to sustainability, impact measurement, and innovation.
