Are you a recent graduate or in your final year of school and looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event operations and community building? This is your chance! Join our team in Kigali and help shape some of the most exciting events in the city.
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Events Intern to join us at Norrsken House Kigali - the 12,000 sqm innovation hub in the heart of the city, home to 1,300 entrepreneurs, investors, and change-makers. This is where Rwanda’s most impactful conversations and collaborations begin - and we need your help to bring them to life.

What you’ll do:
You’ll work directly with the Events & Project Manager and collaborate with the Community & Operations teams to support the full lifecycle of events — from planning to execution:
- Assist invent planning and events strategy, discovering what types of events bring the most value to our community.
- Assist with outreach and sales efforts to external partners, focusing on driving revenue to take our events to new heights.
- Coordinate with external parties such as vendors and external event planners, ensuring a smooth experience for all involved.
- Organize event logistics such as catering,entertainment and event setup/teardown
- Support during events with greeting attendees, testing and managing A/V equipment, ensuring seamless flow
